When asked to take on the challenge of DJing the after-show party each week at The Glee Comedy Club, D Jay accepted and used the opportunity to pay tribute to the Yardbird. The venue, which closed the year before, was one of the best there has ever been in Birmingham and still to this day, no other venue has come close to recreating it’s vibe. This mix features the Funksoul sounds well established with the Yardbird.
